POSITION: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Location: Dnepropetrovsk
Type of work: full time in the office, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
Salary from X UAH (depending on the level of experience)

The Company:
Maxymiser is an exciting company that is revolutionising the online market space by providing the next level in website design and content intelligence through webpage content testing, segmentation and behavioural targeting. In 2006 we launched our 1.0 Multivariate Testing products in the UK market place in response to marketers’ requirement to improve their web site’s conversion metrics. We now have a market leading content optimisation platform and stellar client list across all major verticals. To support our growing client roster we want to strengthen out Account Executive team.
Purpose of the Role:
Successful candidates will support Maxymiser’s rapid growth by delivering client success. You will work with our Ukraine and UK based teams to deliver client services in multivariate testing of web sites. This includes managing successful test-set up, QA and assisting UK Account Management teams with client reports. You will also contribute to the continuous development of Maxymiser’s product and service delivery.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
• Account Management experience in a similar or related discipline.
• Educated to Degree level, preferably in Computer Sciences or similar.
• Demonstrable knowledge in Java Script, HTML or general web applications.
• Experience in the online market or analytics is beneficial.
• Good numeric, analytical and written reporting skills.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
• Competency in PowerPoint, MS word, Excel, Outlook
Responsibilities:
• Act as lead contact point for the UK team for your designated clients
• Communicate effectively with London based colleagues
• Analyse Web site structure and assist with test design processes
• Manage timely delivery of test set up processes
• To continually improve quality standards of Maxymiser Client Services to meet and exceed both internal and external client expectations
• Analyse Maxymiser’s reports and make appropriate recommendations
• Assist clients with the planning of optimisation programs through proposals and simple project plans.
• Prepare reporting documentation in English.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate competency in decision-making, planning and organizing, flexibility, self-initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
